울루꿀루(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 회사가 제공하는 게임과 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 목적

2. 보유 및 이용 기간

• 고객 문의 정보: 문의 처리 완료 후 3년 (「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리 기록)
• 게임 이용 기록 및 오류 로그: 수집일로부터 최대 1년
• 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 경우를 제외하고 지체 없이 파기합니다.

3. 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요청하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 외부 서비스

회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 직접 재설정하거나 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

ULUKULU ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in our games and website (the "Services").

• Gameplay records and crash logs: up to 1 year from collection.
• On request, we delete your information without delay unless the law requires us to keep it.
